Important Note

Various users have been having issues after upgrading Windows 8 to Windows 8.1. There are issues in the upgrade process relating to the wireless drivers. OIT Technology Support Center recommends backing up your data and performing a clean install of Windows 8.1.

  1. Mouse to the upper right or bottom right corners of your screen. Select the "Settings" button. Then select the network button (highlighted button on second image).

  2. Select "GTwifi" from the list of networks.

  3. When prompted, enter your GT Account username and password (This is the same account you log into Passport, Buzzport, and MyGatech email).

  4. Windows will then ask you to verify the server certificate. Click the "Connect" button to continue.
